Regulations for visiting and participating in workshops at the Living Museum in the Last Laborer's House in Karpacz
- The Living Museum at the Last Labor House is open to visitors Monday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- The owner of the facility may order the closure of the Living Museum in the Last Laborer's House on selected days for organizational reasons.
- One hour before closing, Visitors are no longer allowed in and the ticket office does not sell admission tickets.
- Visitors are required to pay a ticket fee.
- The Living Museum at the Last Labor House can be visited individually or in groups. An organized group, is a group of more than 15 people, upon prior reservation.
- Admission is free:
◦ caregivers of organized groups in accordance with the principle that one caregiver per ten wards,
◦ Tour guides and pilots when staying with an organized group. - During tours of the facility by organized groups, admission for individual guests is discontinued.
- Tickets purchased online are sold for specific hours. If the entire pool of tickets is sold online, it is not possible to sell tickets for the same hour at the venue's ticket office. Only a ticket purchased online guarantees the opportunity to visit at a predetermined time.
- Guardians are responsible for the behavior and care of the safety of organized groups of children and young people during the tour.
- The facility is prohibited:
◦ smoking tobacco and electronic cigarettes,
◦ being in an intoxicated state,
◦ introduction of animals,
◦ Entering rooms not intended for visiting,
◦ Bringing in firearms and dangerous objects,
◦ admission of persons behaving in a manner that threatens the safety of persons and exposure, violating generally accepted norms of behavior in public places. - In the event of the announcement of an alarm, such as a fire alarm, Visitors are required to immediately leave the building through the indicated exits and to obey the instructions of those in charge of the evacuation action.
- In the event of non-compliance with these Rules and Regulations and generally accepted norms of behavior in public places, guilty persons will be expelled from the premises, without the possibility of receiving a refund for the admission ticket purchased.
- The owners of the facility are not responsible for items left on the premises of the Living Museum in the Last Laborer's House.
- Visitors agree to the publication of their image for promotional purposes on the website (domlaboranta.pl) and on the Living Museum at the Last Laborer's House social media profiles:

◦ TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@zywe_muzeum_karpacz - In matters not covered by these Regulations, Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions given by the employees of the facility.
- Complaints and requests from Visitors are accepted by facility staff during the operating hours of the Living Museum in the Last Laborer's House
Safety rules - Users are required to comply with the remarks, orders, directions and instructions of the staff of the Living Museum ("Staff")
- All Undertakings shall be conducted by and/or with the participation of Personnel.
- Beneficiaries participating in the Undertakings are required to exercise extreme caution.
- The Organizer stipulates that in case of insubordination of the Visitor (in particular, through behavior: threatening safety, disturbing order or generally accepted norms of behavior), regardless of the reason, the Visitor may be obliged to leave the facility of the Living Museum immediately, at the first order of the Staff, without the right to refund the ticket price.
- If the Beneficiary participates in the Undertaking, the Beneficiary may be required by the Personnel to use personal protective equipment (e.g., disposable gloves, safety glasses, or others) ("Accessories"), at all times during the Undertaking.
- Accessories are provided by the Organizer, and the Staff issues them to the Users.
- The user is obliged to use the Accessories for their intended purpose and to return them to the Personnel upon completion of participation in the Project.
- In case of non-use of Accessories, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse the Beneficiary to participate in the Undertaking (also during its duration).
- Users are required to immediately report to the Staff:
- any potential risks;
- Health and/or life-threatening events;
- breakdowns, damage and destruction;
- Questions and/or concerns about using the Living Museum.
- The Organizer's liability for events caused (also indirectly) by failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions (both by acts and omissions) is excluded, to the fullest extent permitted by generally applicable law.
- The Organizer is not responsible for the actions and/or omissions of the Beneficiaries taken recklessly and/or at their own risk.
Responsibility - Guardians are responsible for the safety of children under 10 years of age.
- The organizer is not responsible for:
Damage and soiling of clothing or personal items. - The organizer is not responsible for personal belongings left behind or damaged.
- It is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use of materials or equipment.
Regulations for organizing birthdays at the Living Museum in the Last Laborer's House
1.Definitions
1.1 Whenever the following terms appear in these Terms and Conditions, they shall be understood as follows, unless the provisions of the Terms and Conditions give them a different meaning:
a) Organizer - Living Museum in the House of the Last Laborer, run by Escape Paweł Bondaruk, 57 Konstytucji 3 Maja Street, 58-540 Karpacz.
(b) Participant - a person participating in the Birthday Party.
c) Customer - a person entering into an agreement with the Organizer for the provision of services specified in the Organizer's offer to another Participant;
(d) Guardian - a parent or other person who is the child's legal guardian or a person who is obligated to temporarily care for the child under a separate agreement with the child's legal guardians;
2.Participation in birthdays.
2.1 The condition for organizing a birthday party is that the Organizer confirms the date of the birthday party and the Client pays the reservation fee in accordance with the Price List of the Living Museum at the Last Laborer's House within 3 (working) days after making the initial reservation. The final price of the birthday party will be determined after counting the number of participants.
2.2 In order to participate in the event as a guest, it is necessary to have a personal invitation or be included in the list of invitees.
2.3 Cancellation of the birthday party must be made in writing (via email) or in person at the Organizer's premises. In this case, the rules for refunding the reservation fee are as follows:
2.3.1 In case of cancellation of the birthday party no later than 7 calendar days before the start of the birthday party, 100% of the reservation fee may be refunded,
2.3.2 In case of cancellation less than 7 calendar days before the start of the event, the reservation fee is not refundable.
2.3.3 In case of changing the date of the event less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled event, the Organizer will charge an additional fee of PLN 50. The value of the reservation fee is transferred to the new date.
2.4 The Birthday Party is attended by children and only the Birthday Party's Guardians. The child taking part
in the Birthday Party may be accompanied by a Guardian only with the permission of the leader.
2.4.1. The child participating in the Birthday Party shall remain under the care of the Organizer and Guardians of the Birthday Party for the duration and on the territory of the organized Activities. The child must be collected by the Guardian no later than the end of the Birthday Party.
2.5 Participants are required to comply with the rules of the conducted Birthday given by the instructor.
2.6 The Birthday Party may not be used by Participants suffering from infectious diseases. The Organizer has the right to refuse the participation of such Participant.
2.6.1.The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury or any health consequences resulting from the Participant's individual health condition.
2.7 In the case of disabled children, Guardians are required to provide in advance all detailed information on the type and degree of disability. In the absence of such information, the Organizer has the right to refuse admission of the child.
2.8 Guardians are required to provide the Organizer in advance with all relevant information on the child's health condition that may affect the child's functioning during the birthday party. In the absence of such information, the Organizer shall have the right to refuse admission of the child or to summon the Guardian to immediately collect the child.
2.9 All activities may be recorded or photographed by the Organizer, and the resulting materials may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
3.Final Provisions
3.1 These Regulations are, together with the Price List, an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Client and the Organizer. The Regulations are permanently available at the Organizer's office and on its website. Before signing the agreement with the Organizer, the Client is obliged to become familiar with these Regulations.
3.2 The amendment of these Regulations shall be immediately communicated to the Participants and Customers by announcement at the Organizer's headquarters and on its website.

Regulations of the workshop fee
1 The reservation fee is 100% of the workshop price (unless the workshop description says otherwise), which must be paid within 24 hours after the initial reservation of the place at the office or to the account of the Living Museum at the Last Laborer's House ING Bank Slaski 63105017511000009237632931, stating in the title the name or email address and the date of the workshop.
(2) Reservation of seats without paid reservation fees will not be considered binding, the participant will be transferred to the reserve list (without guaranteeing a place to participate in the workshop).
(3) The fee can be paid in full at the headquarters of the Living Museum in the House of the Last Laborer, 26 Constitution Street, May 3. The fee paid in the amount of 100% price is non-refundable, the participant is then entitled to transfer the fee to another date.
4. in the event of cancellation of participation in the workshop after payment of the reservation fee or the entire fee for the workshop, it shall be transferred to another date selected by the participant, provided that the participant has cancelled or postponed participation in the workshop in person or by phone at +48 668 273 471 or by email at domlaboranta@gmail.com No later than 2 days before the start of the workshop. In other cases than those mentioned above, the fee is not refundable or transferable to another date. It represents coverage of costs incurred in connection with the purchase of materials for the workshop participant.
5 The Living Museum reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes without giving any reason.
(6) The participant shall then have the right to transfer the fee or the entire fee for the workshop to another date or the right to refund the paid fee in full . Refunds for tickets purchased both at the ticket office and online are made by wire transfer to the designated bank account within 30 working days upon presentation of proof of purchase.
(7) The Purchaser has the right to file a complaint regarding the electronic purchase of a Ticket or the quality of services provided within 14 working days from the date of the Event.
(8) Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to domlaboranta@gmail.com or at the checkout desk at the Living Museum facility, Karpacz, 26 Konstytucji 3 Maja St. In the complaint, the reason for its submission should be indicated, the date of the event, the e-mail of the person making the reservation and the data of the person making the complaint (name, surname and contact details, i.e. telephone number, e-mail address).
9 The Living Museum is not responsible for incorrectly submitted complaints and for the non-delivery of the complaint message in case it is stopped by the anti-spam system of the email program.
(10) The Living Museum shall consider all complaints and inform the complainant of its consideration within 14 calendar days of receipt of the complaint.
11. tickets purchased at promotional prices are valid only during the promotional period, in accordance with the dates and conditions specified in the promotional offer.
12. promotional tickets are not subject to change or rescheduling beyond the promotional period.
(13) If the ticket is not used during the promotional period, the ticket shall become invalid and will be forfeited, without refund or exchange for another date.
Final provisions
(1) The Living Museum is not responsible for Tickets purchased from outsiders. Such purchase carries the risk of purchasing a forged or used Ticket, which will result in the holder's refusal to participate in the Event.
(2) The Living Museum shall not be responsible for Tickets damaged or lost by the Purchaser.
(3) The Living Museum reserves the right to amend and update the Terms and Conditions at any time. The current Rules and Regulations will be available both on the website.
4 The Living Museum reserves the right to introduce fees other than those included in the price list for admission to individual special events.
