We invite young people and adults to an extraordinary culinary and educational workshop, during which bake aromatic cinnamon rolls, listening to the stories of ancient laborers - herbalists, alchemists and experts in medicinal plants.

In an intimate atmosphere, with the smell of spices and fresh dough, we will discover the secrets of ancient recipes, herbs and symbolism that accompanied the work of laboratory workers. We will learn how cinnamon, anise or cardamom were once used not only in the kitchen, but also in medicine.

During the workshop, each participant:

• Will prepare and form cinnamon rolls with their own hands,
• will learn more about the history of spices and herbalism,
• will take with them baked goods and fragrant memories.
